Setup time will depend on the number of inflatables rented—more units require additional setup time. Bounce with Salado will arrive early to ensure your selected inflatables are set up before your event begins.

After your event, our team will return at the scheduled time to safely take down all units. We will pack up and load all inflatables, blowers, stakes, and any related equipment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bounce with Salado cannot set up in rainy, snowy, or windy conditions exceeding 15-20 MPH. If a cancellation is necessary due to weather, it will be determined in agreement between Bounce with Salado and the renter.

For non-weather-related cancellations, customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled setup time. If plans, locations, or other details change, it is the renter’s responsibility to inform us in advance.

Refund Policy:

 

• • Full refunds are only issued for weather-related cancellations or if the renter cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled setup time.

• • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before setup will not be eligible for a refund.
